Software subscriptions grant a license for the seats on the plan until the renewal date. Cancellation keeps that access through the period already paid. A refund revokes licenses and returns hardware serials to stock.

Downloads are available only while the license is active. Hardware listed in the store is what Xenopic publishes for sale, with the serial and warranty recorded on the account after payment.
